Harking back to the days of Prohibition in America, where rum (and, well, alcohol in general) was hard to come by, Remedy Spiced Rum is based on a recipe from 1922 which was sold at pharmacies as a medicine. Now it has been recreated, and it's definitely not sold as a medicine this time, but rather as a tasty tipple for using in cocktails and mixed drinks. Featuring spirits from the Dominican Republic, Trinidad and Tobago, and Barbados, alongside a host of spices, it offers up plenty of fruit-forward notes, with a crackle of heat.
