The Tweeddale Grain of Truth was created with an approach to create a mashbill that would impact the flavour of the whisky, which mirrors whisky production in the United States. The Grain of Truth is a 50% wheat and 50% barley based grain whisky that was matured initially in ex-bourbon casks and then finished in sherry casks.
